- Accumulator
- a bet that combines multiple selections into one wager; all must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- a handicap given to teams to remove the draw outcome, expressed in whole or half goals.
- Bankroll
- the total amount of money set aside for placing bets.
- Bankroll Management
- the practice of setting limits, sizing bets, and tracking wins/losses to protect your funds.
- Bet Builder
- a feature that lets you combine multiple markets from a single match into one custom bet.
- Cash Out
- an option to settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or limiting a loss.
- Double Chance
- a bet that covers two of the three possible outcomes of a match (e.g., home win or draw).
- Draw No Bet
- a wager where you pick a team to win; if the match ends in a draw, the bet is refunded.
- Each Way
- a two-part bet where you back a selection to win and also to place (usually top 3); payouts combine both parts.
- European Handicap
- a handicap that includes the draw option, unlike Asian Handicap.
- Hedging
- placing a second bet on the opposite outcome to secure a profit or minimize risk after an initial bet.
- In-Play
- bets placed after the match has started, with odds that update in real time.
- Lay
- to bet against a particular outcome, acting as a bookmaker for that selection.
- Odds
- the numerical representation of the likelihood of an outcome, also determining the payout.
- Over/Under
- a bet on whether a specific statistic (like total goals) will be over or under a set number.
- Parlay
- another term for an accumulator; a single bet linking multiple selections.
- Point Spread
- the margin of victory set by the bookmaker to make both teams equally attractive to bettors.
- Price Boost
- a promotion that increases the odds for a particular selection, offering higher potential returns.
- Risk-Free Bet
- a bet where your stake is refunded if it loses, usually up to a set amount.
- Stake
- the amount of money you place on a bet.
- Value Bet
- a bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, suggesting an edge.
- Void
- a bet that is canceled and the stake is returned, often due to a match being postponed or a rule breach.
